Job duties - (list of core job responsibilities)
· Individual will be responsible of for participating in live
requirement workshops of Group Life Billing applications
· Individual will be responsible for documenting the gaps and
approach documents
· Creating base artifacts
· Conduct UAT
· In long run, they should be able to run a Group Billing workshops
independently

Skill expectations (Must haves)
· Minimum Bachelor’s degree (computer science preferred)
· Experience working as a Business Analyst, (will be flexible for
length of experience for deserving candidate)
· Experience of working in one or more Group Life applications, with
detailed understanding of Billing component
· Should have strong IT Background working in Agile model
· Excellent documentation, communication and presentation skills
· Experience in conducting UST and working with development team
during this process
· Demonstrated ability to grasp new system in quick span of time

Nice to have:
· Solutioning Skills
· Should be willing to work on P&C
